Do you possess a stable Internet connection while testing the following? Ping your ISP Ping www.yahoo.com, www.google.com, ping www.microsoft.com Ping www.infomaxdata.com Traceroute www.infomaxdata.com If you are not connected to the Internet, call your local ISP.       DVB RECEIVER   Is your DVB software properly installed? Check tuner settings (frequency, symbol rate, polarization, FEC, LNB Type, Band) Check data PID Check tuner lock Is your browser/proxy setup correctly? Check proxy/socks5 address, ports Try to load www.yahoo.com, www.google.com. Check the error message if any appears.   ANTENNA CONNECTION   Is your satellite dish cable properly connected to the DVB receiver? If the cable seems properly connected proceed to calling a technician for the satellite dish checks. Check LNB settings   ANTENNA SETTINGS   Is your antenna pointing to the correct satellite? Check your LNB and polarization Is your cable connection from the antenna to the DVB receiver functioning?
